Employment Transition Coordinators help service members transition back into the civilian work sector. They provide employment services, improving job-hunting skills and providing connections to employers. Employment Transition Coordinators work in conjunction with the Hero2Hired (H2H) initiative and its H2H.jobs website. They also work with employers to help them develop and expand military hiring initiatives.
